    The instrument

    Inverted microscope for epifluorescence, DIC, and IMC imaging. Equipped with a 2Mp monochrome camera (Leica DFC345FX), a 120W Mercury Halide lamp, and filter sets for DAPI, CFP, GFP, and TxRed. Includes an Eppendorf piezo system for microinjection/manipulation. Uses Leica LAS X acquisition software.
