    GenPipes is an open-source, Python-based framework designed to facilitate the development and deployment of multi-step workflows optimized for HPC clusters and cloud environments. It offers 12 validated and scalable pipelines for various genomics applications, including RNA-Seq, Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS), Whole Exome Sequencing (WES), ChIP-Seq, and Hi-C.
