Snow Leopard is an Olympus FluoView FV3000 point-scanning confocal, with galvo and resonant scanning for high-speed imaging and seven laser lines. Its incubation chamber controls CO2, temperature and humidity, for short and long live imaging of cells and tissue.

Image live or fixed cells, organoids and tissue in chamber slides, 35 mm dishes or optical-quality well plates. It is not the best choice for samples thicker than 100 µm, or for imaging faster than 10 frames per second.
