Illumina sequencing
Sequencing runs on the core's Illumina NextSeq 2000 at Gladstone, usually in about a week, depending on the queue. For NovaSeq, the core works with the UCSF Center for Advanced Technology, and timing follows their queue.
You provide
- Your samplesCells, nuclei, tissue or nucleic acid
- Sample QC, sample sheet or earlier data
