Coyote 1 is an automated inverted widefield microscope for epifluorescence and brightfield, with metal halide illumination, filters for DAPI, GFP, RFP, TRITC and Cy5, and a high-sensitivity color and monochrome camera.
Image slides, 35 mm dishes, culture plates or Petri dishes, fixed or live. It is not meant for long-term live-cell imaging or for samples thicker than 50 µm.
