Our MultiMode 8 runs on a NanoScope V controller. An EVLR vertical engage sealed piezo scanner handles fluid imaging, a PicoForce closed-loop Z scanner handles force spectroscopy, and the MultiMode Heater/Cooler accessory controls sample temperature. Together with our Dimension Icon/FastScan systems, it offers electrical and magnetic modes such as Kelvin probe force, tunneling AFM, scanning capacitance, piezoresponse and magnetic force microscopy.
Fluid imaging needs separate training and certification on top of standard training in air.
