    What researchers can do

Time- and angle-resolved photoemission endstation for light-induced electron dynamics and non-equilibrium electronic phases in quantum materials.

Pump-probe photoemission spectrometer driven by a 50 W ytterbium laser: a 6 eV probe and a tunable pump from a three-stage OPA, 175 fs overall temporal resolution, and samples held between 10 and 1000 K on a five-axis manipulator. A SPECS ASTRAIOS hemispherical analyzer with ±30° acceptance and deflector-based Fermi-surface mapping, a closed-cycle cryostat, an electron-beam heater and a low-energy electron diffraction instrument complete the endstation.
