    Tissue clearing and light-sheet imaging

Histology and Light Microscopy CoreHistology and Light Microscopy CoreGladstone Institutes

The core's light-sheet work covers tissue clearing and volumetric imaging on the UltraMicroscope Blaze, for samples from organoids to a whole adult mouse. The volumes can then be analyzed in Imaris on the Mammoth workstation.
