The ImageStreamX Mark II combines the speed, sensitivity and phenotyping of flow cytometry with the images and functional detail of microscopy. It images every cell at 20x, 40x or 60x, in up to six fluorescent channels, or four plus brightfield and side scatter, from four lasers (405, 488, 561 and 635 nm), at up to 5,000 events per second.
Used for co-localization, internalization, cell cycle and mitosis, cell signaling and interaction, shape change and chemotaxis, and nuclear translocation. Practical and theoretical training is available, along with help designing the experiment and analyzing the data.
