    This offering includes specialized cell culture media, specifically Bronchial Epithelial Cell Growth Medium (BEGM) for culture on plastic and Air-Liquid Interface (ALI) medium for culture on porous filters. BEGM is designed to support the growth and expansion of primary bronchial epithelial cells on collagen-coated plastic dishes, providing essential nutrients and growth factors for cell proliferation in serum-free conditions. ALI medium, a mixture often containing DMEM-H and LHC basal medium with specific additives, is formulated to promote the differentiation of HBE cells into a pseudostratified mucociliary epithelium when cultured on porous supports at the air-liquid interface.
