Cytek Aurora spectral analyzer

The Cytek Aurora reads the full emission spectrum of every fluorochrome, so dyes that overlap too much for conventional flow can run in the same tube. Its four lasers (violet, blue, yellow-green and red) feed 48 detectors, and it extracts autofluorescence from the signal.

The software keeps experiment workspaces you can carry from one run to the next. Runs tubes and 96- and 384-well plates. Practical and theoretical training is available, along with help designing the experiment and analyzing the data.
