BD FACSAria Fusion cell sorters

The core's two BD FACSAria Fusion sorters are configured to sort on up to 20 parameters: 18 fluorescence and 2 scatter. Nozzles of 70, 85, 100 and 130 microns let you sort a wide range of particle sizes, in bulk, one cell per well, or with index sorting.

Collect into 1.5 ml Eppendorf tubes, 5 and 15 ml Falcon tubes, any well plate (12, 24, 48, 96 or 384), Terasaki plates or standard and frosted-end slides. Aseptic sorting is available.

Practical and theoretical training is available, along with help designing the experiment and analyzing the data.
