    iPS cell pluripotency testing

Flow Cytometry CoreFlow Cytometry CoreGladstone Institutes

Test whether human induced pluripotent stem (hiPS) cells you have received or grown express a panel of pluripotency markers, and define their pluripotency status. Choose the markers for your panel from Tra-1-60, Tra-1-81, SSEA-3, SSEA-4, CD30, CDH3, Nanog, Oct3/4 and Sox2.

Turnaround is about one day, and you receive all raw data files at the end of the experiment.

    You provide

    Where it's been used

    1. A protocol, written with the Stem Cell Core, for checking hiPSC pluripotency by measuring surface and intracellular stem cell markers by flow cytometry.
