When a number per cell is not enough, the ImageStreamX Mark II records an image of each cell in up to six fluorescent channels, or four plus brightfield and side scatter, at 20x, 40x or 60x. Use it to see co-localization, internalization, cell cycle and mitosis, cell signaling and interaction, shape change and chemotaxis, and nuclear translocation.
