Coyote 2 and 3: Keyence BZ-9000 widefield

Coyotes 2 and 3 are automated widefield epifluorescence microscopes with metal halide illumination and filters for DAPI, GFP, RFP, TRITC and Cy5. They image fixed and live samples, and tile many images together to cover large areas.

Use slides, 35 mm dishes or culture plates. They are not meant for long-term live-cell imaging, samples thicker than 50 µm, or plastic tissue culture plates.
