    10x Genomics single-cell assays

    Genomics CoreGenomics CoreGladstone Institutes

The core profiles gene expression and open chromatin at the single-cell level with 10x Genomics Chromium assays: 3' and 5' gene expression, V(D)J profiling, ATAC and Multiome, which reads ATAC and gene expression from the same nucleus.

The service runs from cell or nucleus partitioning through library construction to sequencing, with every QC check along the way.

    You provide

    • SamplesCells, nuclei, tissue or nucleic acid
    • Sample QC, sample sheet or earlier data
